Privacy Policy

1. Controller

The controller within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other data-protection laws is:

2. Principle

Protecting your personal data matters to us. This website is deliberately data-minimal: there are no user accounts, no login, no advertising or tracking cookies, and no analytics or marketing services.

3. Hosting and server log files

The website is hosted by Vercel Inc. (340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA) and delivered via a global content-delivery network. When you access the pages, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (including IP address, date and time, requested URL, data volume, referrer, browser and operating-system identifier) in server log files to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a functional, secure website). For transfers to the USA, processing relies on appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses).

4. Fonts (Google Fonts)

For consistent presentation we load fonts from Google Fonts (Google Ireland Ltd. / Google LLC) via their servers, which transmits your IP address to Google. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. You may restrict the execution of external resources in your browser if you wish to avoid this.

5. Media content

Images and videos (including the show with our AI presenter) are served directly from our domain; simply viewing the page does not stream video via third-party platforms.

6. Contacting us

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle your request. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR. Data is deleted once no longer required.

7. Retention

Server log files are stored only as long as necessary for operation and security, then deleted or anonymized.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, a message to redaktion@ai-in-life.com is sufficient.
